Injury update
HI guys and girls, thanks for ur words of support. Its been 3 weeks now and im well on road to recovery. In terms of injuries i snapped both bones in my left forearm and damage the muscles and ligaments. I had an operation to have the arm pinned and plated on the monday. I was released from hospital on the friday. At present i have little movement in my thumb, and am expecting to see a specialist soon. As for my back, hip and pelvis it all seems to be bruising and soft tissue damage. No broken bones there thank god. I’m afraid that my season is now over. I have been told 6 months before i can get back on the saddle again but i would like to be back in time for some pre xmas practice. Ill keep all informed
